Cyber bullying is mean and nobody likes it.
What is cyber bullying anyway? Cyber bullying
is when a person uses written technology to
say negative things about someone else. Cyber
bullying can be in the form of text
messages, Emails, and comments on video
games or blogs.
If someone is cyber bullying you, please do the following.
. tell an adult,
. delete any negative comments, text messages, or Emails,
. don't become apart of it.
Parents, if you want to prevent your child from being cyber bullied you should check their Emails regularly and make sure that their using the computer for safe things. Schools can get sued trying to punish a student outside school for cyber bullying.
schools can still help.
Schools can help by...
. blocking any inappropriate things that could be on the Internet,
.punishing students in school property,
. reminding students that it is wrong to cyber bully.
Parents and school need to very well explain the
importance of not cyber bullying, for they there
will be a consequence.
Is it Illegal to cyber bully? Yes it is.
In Illinois it is. You shouldn't stop cyber bullying
because it's Illegal, but because it could really hurt
someone.
My personal opinion on cyber bullying
is that it is very unkind and can really destroy
